Study Program of the Faculty of Law has enabled the student to acquire general knowledge in the field of the law and to be awarded with the degree in Legal Studies and to continue with the studies at one of five specialized study programs and to gain advanced knowledge in the field of law and be awarded with the title Bachelor of Laws.
Тhree-year study program
The study program of the first cycle (three-year) legal studies, i.e., the undergraduate three-year studies (six semesters) require 26 compulsory courses and the student earns 180 ECTS. These courses will enable the student to gain general law education. During these 3 years (six semesters) 1302 classes will be held. In accordance either the Law on Higher Education after completion of the first three years of the legal studies, a student will be awarded with a degree in Legal Studies.

Enrollment requirements
We can only enroll students who have completed at least four-year secondary education in the Republic of North Macedonia or abroad with passed state, school or international matura exam (matriculation examination) or an equivalent.
The students should prepare all of the required documents, which may depend on the country they come from. The international students may need to submit their secondary school diplomas for nostrification at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia. This should be done at least a month before applying for enrollment at our university.
The admissions process does not include entrance exams at the undergraduate level.
Required documents
When applying for enrollment on the first cycle, candidates should submit the following documents:
- A diploma of passed state, school or international matura exam (matriculation examination) or an equivalent;
- High school transcripts for each of the 4 years;
- Nostrification of the diploma (for international students)
- Birth certificate;
- Citizenship certificate;
- 4 document photos.
For international students additional documents might be necessary. Documents for applications can be submitted at the International Slavic University “G. R. Derzavin” in Sveti Nikole, at the following address “Marshal Tito” No. 77 , and Bitola at the following address “Novachki pat” No. 16.
Tuition fees
Candidates can enroll as full-time or part-time students. The tuition fee per year for international students is EUR 2030. International students pay the whole amount of the yearly tuition fee at the beginning of the academic year.
