Modern trends in the labor market increase the need for staff with a narrower field of specialization and proficiency in specific areas. The Republic of North Macedonia has many ongoing reform processes, and there are many changes in the public administration.

The decentralization process is one of the reform processes. Dealing with the public sector reform implies the need to hire professional staff, specialists and experts in the area of ​​administrative law and public administration.

Following the global trends, the Faculty of Law recognized the need for introducing a specialized study program. This study program offers the opportunity to acquire extended professional knowledge and skills in this field.

One-year study program • fourth year

Administrative law and Public Administration are one of the elective modules the student can choose after completion of the three-years general studies.

This study program is for the students who wish to continue their legal studies and to be pursue a career in a specialized field of law. The study program has enabled the students to continue their education in the fourth year, i.e., to acquire additional 60 ECTS, and to be awarded with the title Bachelor of Laws.

The study program will last one year (two semesters) and upon completion together with the first cycle studies and the total 240 ECTS and the defense of the bachelor thesis the student will be awarded with the title Bachelor of Laws.

We can only enroll students who have earned at least 180 ECTS.

Tuition fees

Candidates can enroll as full-time or part-time students. The tuition fee per year for international students is EUR 2030. International students pay the whole amount of the yearly tuition fee at the beginning of the academic year.
