Our Master’s Degree studies for the study program Fire safety is organized as follows:

    • Specialized professional studies (fourth – 240 ECTS credits)
      • Fire safety (3+2)
    • Master’s (fifth year – 300 ECTS credits)
      • Fire safety (3+2)

Fire Safety concerns protection in case of fire, tools and appliances for safely extinguishing tactics for intervention and rescue, especially preventing its occurrence.

The main goal of the Fire Safety program is to prepare students for applying scientific advances in solving fire protection problems.

Condition: to have graduated with at least 180 ECTS

ECTS after completion: 240
Awarded degree: no degree is earned during this year
Tuition fee per year: EUR 1730


The Specialized professional studies last one year (60 ECTS), and only students who have graduated with at least 180 ECTS can be enrolled. Upon completion of the study program, students acquire 240 ECTS and can enroll in the fifth year for a master’s degree.

The study program consists of 8 courses. Students can choose only two from the four elective courses that are given in the table below (they can pick between the first and the second, the third and the fourth, etc). The Un. elective course refers to a university elective course and the same rules apply to the selection of these cou rsesas for standard electives.

Awarded degree: Мaster of Science
Tuition fee per year: EUR 1730


The Master’s degree studies last one year (60 ECTS), and only students who have graduated with at least 240 ECTS can be enrolled. Upon completion of the program, the students acquire 300 ECTS credits and are awarded with a Мaster of Science degree.

The two-year studies consist of 8 courses. Enrollment requirements


We can only enroll students who have graduated with at least 240 ECTS for the one-year study program, or 180 ECTS for the two-year study program.

The students should prepare all of the required documents, which depend on the country they come from. The international students may need to submit their Bachelor’s degree certificates for nostrification at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia. This should be done at least a month before applying for enrollment at our university.

The admissions process does not include entrance exams at the graduate level.

For international students additional documents might be necessary. Documents for applications can be submitted at the International Slavic University “G. R. Derzavin” in Sveti Nikole, at the following address “Marshal Tito” No. 77 , and Bitola at the following address “Novachki pat” No. 16.


Tuition fees


The tuition fee per year is EUR 1730. International students pay the whole amount of the yearly tuition fee at the beginning of each academic year.
