The International Slavic University (ISU) establishes this Quality Policy with the aim of ensuring that the higher education services provided to students fully meet their real and expressed needs, are in compliance with applicable legal regulations, and are aligned with national and international quality standards in higher education.

Orientation towards students’ needs and student satisfaction represents a core value according to which ISU measures and determines its overall performance and social responsibility.

In order to achieve, maintain, and continuously enhance quality, ISU is permanently committed to:

  • employing qualified, competent, and motivated academic, associate, and administrative staff, while providing conditions for their continuous professional development and advancement;
  • providing and maintaining modern infrastructure, materials, and equipment, as well as a stimulating and safe working and learning environment;
  • fostering and developing partnership relations with relevant institutions, organizations, and business entities at national and international level;
  • offering students high-quality, comprehensive, and applicable educational solutions aligned with the needs of the labor market and society;
  • developing and implementing processes and solutions that fully support students’ requirements, expectations, and their academic and personal development;
  • applying, monitoring, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015, with a commitment to exceeding those requirements;
  • setting clear, ambitious, measurable, and achievable quality objectives and regularly monitoring their attainment.

The Quality Policy is implemented through the internal quality assurance system, regulated by specific rulebooks, procedures, and other internal acts of the University.

This Quality Policy is aligned with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) and serves as a foundation for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of all educational, research, and professional activities of the University.

Every employee of the University is required to be familiar with this Quality Policy and to consistently apply it as a permanent principle in their work and professional conduct.
