The Institute of Culture and Art is a private scientific institution which main goal is research and experimental development in the social and humanitarian sciences. The main activities of the Institute for Culture and Art and its main function are scientific research and educational activities, activities in the field of culture and art, publishing, and promotion of artistic values created in the teaching and scientific process of the International Slavic University.
Founded by the International Slavic University, this institution has existed since 2011 and from its beginnings to this day it has accomplished many activities. The work of the institute covers all areas of social activity and also includes the young promising population which providesа conditions for promoting cultural activities. Naturally, the active citizens who create extremely high quality every day and artists with long experience are not neglected. Festivals are often organized for them, where there are award-winning actors in the field of poetry with a reward for their long-term work, with awards for caricature, aphorism or humor that emphasize the quality and long-term work of our participants.
The main activity of the Institute of Culture and Art and its main function is scientific-research and educational activity, activities in the field of culture and art, publishing, as well as affirmation of the creative values created in the teaching and scientific process of the International Slavic University.
The Institute seeks to perform and promotes activities in the field of artistic creativity by engaging independent artists, writers, musicians, directors, producers, actors and other artists and performers of cultural and artistic creation.
The Institute of Culture and Arts through its programme directions is committed to developing and promoting creative, artistic activities, such as production and promotion of art and exhibitions, promotion of activities in performing arts such as theatre performances, concerts and other stage performances, cultural events, protection of cultural heritage and librarianship.
The Institute is the organizer of all events at the ISU that are related to culture and art – co-production of theatre together with GAT “Scene 71”, performances by prominent Macedonian musicians in the university buildings, etc.
