Pursuant to Article 9 of the Law on Free Access to Public Information (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 101/2019), holders of information are obliged to regularly maintain and update the list of information they possess and to publish it in a manner accessible to the public (website, notice board, etc.).
The right to free access to public information is exercised by submitting a request. The request may be submitted by the applicant orally, in written form, or electronically.
