Because of the decennial cooperation between the International Slavic University “G. R. Derzhavin “and TSU” G.R. Derzhavin “from Tambov, Russian Federation, on May 24th, the Day of Slavic Educators, a  volleyball competition was held in women’s competition.

The exceptionally high quality team from Russia, which is also a champion in the university league in their country, was a too strong opponent for the Bitola team “Pelister – volley”, which came under the logo of the Slavic University. Although the match ended 3: 0 for the visitors, this was a great day for the Bitola’s women volleyball.
