For the first time the Institute for additional professional education “International Academy of Science and Education”, from Moscow, Russia has organized:

Courses for improving the qualifications

“Neuropsychological diagnostics and correction in childhood”

The courses are intended to pedagogues and psychologists, individuals who are interested in acquiring knowledge and practice in the field of child neuropsychology.

Location and time:

Courses will begin in September, 2019, on the premised of the International Slavic University “G. R. Derzhavin” in Sveti Nikole and Bitola.

The exact dates for the courses will be announced in August 2019.

Opportunities:

Courses for neuropsychological diagnostics enable:

• increasing the knowledge, skills and habits of psychological help within the students of psychology;
• obtaining a new specialization of the students that have already graduated;
• expanding the scope of knowledge among healthcare workers, the pedagogical system of education and social pedagogues for human psychic processes and their diagnosis;
• conducting consultative – diagnostic and corrective work with people who need help in the field of neuropsychology;

Upon completion of the program the participants will be able to systematize their impressions of neuropsychological diagnostics and correction and they will be able to formulate their views on planning and achieving neuropsychological activity in the field of delinquent behavior.

Program:

The courses are divided into five modules in which the participants will be able to adopt the following topics:

• Localization and lateralization of psychic functions;
•  Syndrome of analysis of disorders of higher psychological functions (a new ability to study the problem of “brain and psyche”);
•  Forms of disturbed higher psychological functions (disorder, decrease in the level at which the functions are fulfilled…);
• Quality characteristics of symptoms;
•  Type of factors of disturbed development.

Certificate:

Upon completion of each module the candidates will be awarded with a certificate. Upon completion of the whole course (five modules) they will be awarded with a certificate.

After completing the course, the candidates will gain knowledge in the part of neuropsychological diagnostics in childhood, and they will acquire an experience in the development and correction of psychic function in children. Also, the candidates will receive materials (diagnostic and practical) needed for practical work with children.

Financial Terms:

The price of one module is 100 Euros. The applying is in progress and the payment will be made before the beginning of the courses, once the date of each module will be announced in dependently.
