4 May 2023On May 3, 2023, at the International Slavic University in Bitola, Ana Avramoska Nushkova, project coordinator at the National Network Against Violence Against Women and Domestic Violence, together with Assoc. Prof. Marija Grozdanovska, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Legal Sciences, held a workshop on the topic “Protection of Victims of Gender-Based Violence in North Macedonia.”
The workshop aimed to familiarize the attendees with gender-based violence, the forms in which it manifests (physical, psychological, sexual, economic, etc.), and its prevention.
A key focus of the workshop was placed on the importance of recognizing gender-based violence, its nature and consequences, as well as supporting the victims.
