On November 22, 2023, a final press conference was held in Kyustendil, Bulgaria, as part of the project “Together for the Digital Future of Kyustendil.” The project was implemented under the Erasmus+ program and led by the Center for Vocational Education at the Euro-Slavic Community in Kyustendil. The supporting organizations were the Municipality of Kyustendil and the Regional Information Center.
The International Slavic University was a partner in the project, and the training conducted at ISU consisted of five distinct modules: presentation skills in a digital environment, visual aesthetics, creating and utilizing video lectures, working with databases, and working with individuals with special educational needs in a digital environment.
At the final event, the International Slavic University was represented by M.A. Borche Serafimovski, the Vice President of the Management Board. Other guests included the Deputy Mayor of Kyustendil, Nikolay Dochev, the manager of the Regional Information Center, Lyubomira Velinova, university professors, school teachers from Kyustendil, students, and representatives from other organizations.
The project’s goal is to enhance the digital skills of employees at our partner organization in Bulgaria and to increase the digital capacity of educational institutions in the Kyustendil region.
