This week, a working meeting of cinema exhibitors in the Republic of North Macedonia was held at Kinoverzum in Sveti Nikole. Our university cinema, Kinoverzum, is part of the cinema exhibitors in the Republic of North Macedonia and will be one of the founding members of the cinema network.

The meeting was attended by Bistra Georgieva from the Forum for Reasonable Policies, Biljana Jankulovska from Cineplexx, Mihaela Gjorcheva from Kinoverzum, Menche Hadji-Kosta Milevska from the Center for Culture, 3D Cinema – Bitola, Aleksandar Nikolic from Cinematic – Parking Cinema Bitola, and Margarita Arsova from Millennium Cinema and Frosina Cinema joined online.

The working meeting took place following the signing of a memorandum of cooperation among cinema exhibitors during the “Brothers Manaki” festival in Bitola on September 28, 2023, marking the first step towards establishing a unified Cinema Network in the Republic of North Macedonia.
