On November 24, at the Gold Felicia restaurant in Bitola, agreements were signed between KS Group and the International Slavic University for scholarships for students from the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies in Bitola, as well as internships for students from the high school SOEU “Jane Sandanski.” The event was attended by directors of KS Group, representatives from Eurotype, Gold Slot Club, Gold Felicia, KS Service, Agrobord, Premium Safety Solutions, and 77bits, as well as representatives from the educational institutions.
The partnerships between local educational institutions, the business sector, and future leaders of Bitola are an excellent example of how the corporate sector and educational institutions can join forces to positively impact the development of the next generation. The agreements include scholarships providing financial assistance to students, while the internship programs are designed to offer experience and mentorship.
The KS Group scholarship recipients at the International Slavic University are Anastasija Velevska from the Faculty of Economics and Organizational Entrepreneurship, enrolled in the Finance and Banking program, and Ana Marija Krstevska from the Faculty of Economics and Organizational Entrepreneurship, enrolled in the Management and Entrepreneurship program. Other scholarship recipients include Petar Mitrevski, a first-year student at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies, Valentin Stojanovski, a second-year student at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies, and Marko Zajkov, a first-year student at the secondary economic school SOEU “Jane Sandanski.”
At the event, speeches were given by Igor Mihajlovski, head of the Bitola campus of the International Slavic University; Prof. Bozhidar Milenkovski, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies; Biljana Jankulovska, Acting Director of the Municipal Secondary Economic School “Jane Sandanski”; and Marina Miloshevska, Commercial Director of KS Group.
