Prof. Milton Wainwright gave a lecture at the International Slavic University “Gavrilo Romanovich Derzhavin” in Sveti Nikole. He is currently the most popular astrobiologist in the world, along with Chandra Wickramasinghe. According to him, there are still microorganisms that come to Earth from outer space, and by examining them in extreme environments, one can assume what kind of bacteria could live in space and with what mechanism survives and adjusts to the environment:
Our conclusion is that life is constantly coming to earth from the universe, that life is not limited to our planet and that almost certainly did not come from it. If life is always coming from space, then we must completely change our views on biology and evolution. We will have to write new textbooks, “said Wainwright.
The professor hopes that the tests of the organisms to be found will help reveal where they originate:
If the ratio of certain isotopes gives one digit, then these organisms are from the Earth, if another figure is displayed – then they are from the universe. The pressure will be obviously unbearable “- believes Wayne Wright.
He works at the Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology at the Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, where he teaches microbiology and astrobiology. He is a member of the Royal Astronomical Society, and is an honorary professor at the University of Cardiff (Wales), at the University of King Saud (Saudi Arabia) and Buckingham University (England). He personally chose his lecture to be at the Slavic University in Sveti Nikole.
.According to him, the main goal is to collect samples from more extreme environments (atypical and unsuitable for life), and further research whether there is a bacterium or other microorganism in them. He intends to take samples from Alshar, Kosel, more hot (vultan) waters of Kozuf, surfaces rich in arsenic, as well as from several mines throughout Macedonia, in order to find bacteria inside the ore.
Wainwright has several important discoveries in the field of microbiology (bacteria and other microbes that cause cancer), has caused much controversy with the claims that Charles Darwin stole the idea of evolution, about how Hitler’s life was saved by penicillin (who at that time was unavailable), and many other things. The last major discovery was in September 2013, when he found life in the stratosphere again, and this discovery literally rocked the world, as it was interpreted as the first direct proof that the life of the earth came from the universe.
