The International Slavic University is the organizer of the chess tournament Slavjanski 2022. The tournament will be held from 19^th March 2022 to 20^th March 2022 at the International Slavic University in Bitola.

• А Tournament – OPEN
• B Tournament – competitors up to age of 16 (born in 2006 and younger) and rating up to 1800

All chess players with FIDE ID (A Tournament), up to the age of 16 (B Tournament) are entitled to take part.

А Tournament:

• The tournament is played according to the Swiss System of 9 rounds, according to the FIDE Laws on Rapid Chess. The tournament shall be rated according to FIDE Rating Regulations.
• Game pace is 25 minutes with bonus of 5 seconds for each move, starting with the first. The organizer will provide the chess sets for all participants.

B Tournament:

• The tournament will be played according to the Swiss System of 7 rounds, according to FIDE Laws of Standard Chess. The tournament shall be rated according to FIDE Rating Regulations.
• Game pace is 35 minutes per player with bonus of 30 seconds for each move, starting with the first. The organizer will provide chess sets for all participants.

The organizer provides а cup for the winners of the tournaments and medals and certificates for the categories up to the age of 16 (B tournament) and OPEN (A Tournament).

The total prize pool is 120.000 MKD.

B Tournament – competitors up to age of 16 (born 2006 and younger) and rating up to 1800 – 30.500 MKD:

• 1 place – 6.000 MKD
• 2 place – 5.000 MKD
• 3 place – 4.000 MKD
• 4 place – 3.000 MKD
• 5 place – 2.000 MKD
• 6 place – 1.500 MKD
• The best player of Bitola – 1.500 MKD
• The best player up to the age of 14 – 1.500 MKD
• The best player up to the age of 12 – 1.500 MKD
• The best player up to the age of 10 – 1.500 MKD
• The best player up to the age of 8 – 1.500 MKD
• The best female player – 1.500 MKD

The closing ceremony of the tournament and the award ceremony will take place 30 minutes after the end of the last round.

The player can only win one prize – the higher.

1. Buchholz (-1),
2. Buchholz,
3. Greater number of tournament victories,
4. Progress.

The technical conference will begin on 19^th March, 2022 at 11:45 a.m.
