WITHIN ERASMUS + PROGRAM
ACTION 1: INDIVIDUAL MOBILITY FOR STUDENTS AND TEACHING STAFF
for academic 2019/2020
Within the ERASMUS + KA 103 of the European Commission, the International Slavic University has issued an announcement for awarding scholarships to students and teaching staff for study visit at the higher education institutions in the EU.
Regarding the exchange at the undergraduate level, only full-time students with completed first year of study are eligible, with minimum 7.00 grade point average from the previous years of study and passed exams from the previous academic year.
Duration of the mobility for students: (one semester or one academic year up to 12 months).
Duration of the mobility for teaching staff: (5 working days with a minimum of 8 hours of lecture).

- Required documents for student mobility:
All application documents are available on the website of the University www.msu.edu.mk
- (Student Applicaion Form);
- (Learning agreement)in which a study program is set, signed and approved by the student, the parent Faculty / Erasmus + coordinator and the Faculty abroad (minimum 20 ECTS – maximum 30 ECTS);
- Transcript of passed exams in Macedonian;
- at least one letter recommendation by the professorsconsidered;
- certificate / diplomafor English language competence or the language of instruction of the EU University issued by a recognized center / school for foreign languages;
- certificate for having the status of a full-time student – registered semester / year (in Macedonian);
- Short biography (Europass model).

The amount of the scholarship for the students is 450-500 Euros per month, according to the country in which they reside (Calculator for mobility).
Travel expenses and health insurance are covered personally by the students.

The selection / ranking of the candidates is made by the commission of the university in accordance with the established criteria: academic success, English language competence or language competence inthe language by which the teaching is carried out and motivation.
When deciding, priority will be given to candidates who apply for the first time and have not used Erasmus + scholarships so far.
Candidates should personally submit the application in three copies to Erasmus + office at the University no later than 14th June, 2019 at:
