Simulation of the earthquake, rescue and evacuation of the injured was the exercise that was successfully conducted today at the International Slavic University “G. R. Derzhavin “in Bitola.

For the successful realization, the volunteers of the Red Cross from Bitola, the employees of the fire brigade and the Emergency Aid took care. We organize these activities to raise awareness among young people, appropriately preparing them how they should act in this type of accident.

In this “secret” exercise for the students, an appropriate lecture for rescue in earthquakes was held by the Red Cross in Bitola on Monday, and the event was followed by the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation as well as the donation of Thanksgiving to the blood donors who in the past ten years have donated blood at least five times.
