Today representatives of the Macedonian delegation who will not represent the 19th World Youth and Students Festival in Sochi, Russia, were gathered to the President’s office. Macedonia, PhD Gjorgje Ivanov.
From the International Slavic University “G. R. Derzhavin “this year we have 7 participants at this festival, and the Macedonian delegation has about 40 participants.
The representatives presented their ideas to President Ivanov about the festival and the ways in which they will present R. Macedonia. This is the first participation of the Republic of Macedonia at this festival. ISU takes care of the preparation of materials for representation of Macedonia, some of which were provided by the Agency for Promotion and Support of Tourism.
Except in Sochi, part of the festival participants will have the opportunity to visit other cities in Russia, from Vladivostok to the east to Kaliningrad to the west.
These days, a delegation of ambitious young people is actively preparing for the presentation of the Republic of Macedonia in Sochi, which will be done by setting up an info stand and participating in the international exhibition “Мировое соцветие“.
