Today the book “About Music” by academician Georgi Zdravev was officially promoted at 12 p.m. at the International Slavic University “G. R. Dezhavin” in Bitola.
The wonderful energy and the enchantment of music as a universal value began to be build by young talented artists, and Prof. Jordan Gjorcev, PhD, the Founder of the International Slavic University and professors Marina Korunovska and Maja Mitrovska, by giving speeches have made and excellent introduction for the promoter Vlado Gjoreski whose speech was culminating with its sensitivity and inspiration connected with the works of the author and the overall process.
Certainly, unavoidable were the emotional outbursts of the author, academician Georgi Zdravev, who expressed gratitude to his closest associates for his life work and to the university that decided to publish the book by its publishing house International Center for Slavic Education.
Several music pieces were performed by the students from solo singing class of the State Music High School in Bitola: Eleonora Dzodzoska, Mihaela Peeska, Elena Basheska, Jovana Kotevska and Angela Trajcevska and students form Korunovska music & singing school: Martin Dimitrievski, Aleksandar Gacoski with piano accompaniment of Prof. Alesksandra Jankovska, MA and Tome Spasovski.
It was a pleasure to glorify the music through the work “About Music” today.
