On December 2, 2023, at Mayberry Highway, part of the International Slavic University campus in Sveti Nikole, three lectures were held as part of the second day of the ISU Psychology Days event. Marjan Gjorgievski moderated the event.

The first lecture was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Milena Spasovska, PhD from the Faculty of Psychology at ISU on the topic “The Deep Roots of Resilience: Concept of Family Resilience as a Leading Force in Coping with Life Challenges.”

Next was a lecture by Assoc. Prof. Ana Chuchkova, PhD from the Faculty of Psychology at ISU on the topic “The Power of Positive Relationships.”

The final lecture was delivered by Biljana Vuković from the Faculty of Psychology at ISU on the topic “The Positive Influence of Empathy on Various Aspects of the Work Process, Teamwork, Leadership and General Well-being of Employees.”
