The International Slavic University “G. R. Derzhavin” has continued with the presentation of its study programs in front of the high-school graduates from Kumanovo within Pero Nakov High School, “Goce Delcev” High School, and “Brakja Miladinovci” High School. Also, there were presentations in front of the high school-graduates from “Vancho Prke” High School in Vinica and the high school-graduates from “Kocho Racin” High School in Kocani.

Hristina Aleksova and Jovana Gjorgjieva, the students of the Faculty of Law, were with us and they shared their experience as university students to the high school students who attended the presentations.

Jovana as a student was part of the foreign exchange student program with Russia. Also, during her internship she has visited the Centre for Social Work, the Museum of Criminalistics in Skopje,the Kumanovo Prison, the Primary Court in Sveti Nikole and many other institutions.

“To be brief about the Faculty of Law, I can tell you about my two-year study. We have the required literature and material and additional things that we need throughout the years of studying. The relationship with the professors and all employees is at a level that enables us free communication during the lectures. Up to know, the University has enabled us to visit the Primary Court in Sveti Nikole, as well as the Centre for Social Work, the Museum of Criminalistics in Skopje, the Centre for education of police officers (former Police Academy) in Idrizovo, and the Kumanovo Prison several times. I believe that we will continue to have many visits to other institutions that we will need during our studies. In one sentence, I can tell you that the student at the International Slavic University comes first.” – said Hristina.

In addition to the opportunities for studying, the high school-graduates were introduced to the student life of the International Slavic University, the activities organized by our students, the opportunities for scholarships and other open competitions.

This year we are planning to visit all of the cities in the Republic of North Macedonia.
