Marjan Nikolov, professor at the International Slavic University “G. R. Derzhavin ” has been appointed Ambassador of the Regional Studies Association (RSA) for Macedonia in the period from June 2017 to the next 3 years.RSA, with its international membership, works to facilitate the highest standards of theoretical development, empirical analyzes and policy debates, to questions of this type of sub national scale, including urban and rural as well as other different concepts of space as city-regions. They work on issues of economic growth and development, concepts of territory and governance, as well as problems of equality and injustice.
