A team from the International Slavic University, along with a team from the University of Niš, published the publication “Transformation and Efficiency Enhancement of Public Utilities Systems: Multidimensional Aspects and Perspectives”. The publisher is IGI Global Information Science Reference, an imprint of IGI Global, from the United States.

• Prof. Dr. Jordan Gjorchev, Chairman of the Board at ISU, and Prof. Dr. Samoil Malcheski, Professor at ISU, are the authors of the chapter “Public Utility Systems in Macedonia: State and Perspectives.”
• Prof. Dr. Lenche Petreska, Rector of ISU, and Prof. Dr. Pavlina Stojanova, Professor at ISU, are the authors of the chapter “Public-Private Partnerships as a Way of Financing and Supporting Utility Companies.”

On November 18, 2022, the first international professional and scientific conference “Public utility systems development towards sustainability and efficiency” was held at the Mayberry Lake in Prilep, Republic of North Macedonia.

The conference was organized by the Faculty of Security Engineering at the International Slavic University. Our colleagues from universities in Greece, the Faculty of Economics, and the Faculty of Security Engineering at the University of Niš, Serbia, also participated in the conference.
