As part of the 4th Global Education Summit held at Chandigarh University in India, on October 3rd, Mihaela Gjorcheva, MSc, from the International Slavic University, delivered two significant speeches focused on:

• Global collaborations to promote sustainability through research
• Cooperation with national governments for the application of cutting-edge technologies for societal benefit

The presentations highlighted practical examples from the work of the International Slavic University, including the university’s involvement in establishing the Balkan University Center.

The audience consisted of renowned academics from over 50 universities worldwide. A special honor was the presence of Nobel Laureate Prof. Gerardus ‘t Hooft, who shared his insights on the future of science and its role in societal progress.

The event featured multiple panels and sessions covering a wide range of topics related to global education, innovation, and sustainability. Participants had the opportunity to discuss the latest trends and challenges in education, as well as the importance of using advanced technologies to address global issues.
