May 24, 2024, was a significant day for all of us at the International Slavic University. The Rector, Prof. Lenche Petreska, PhD along with the deans of our four faculties, ceremoniously awarded diplomas to the graduates and master’s degree recipients in Sveti Nikole. The ceremony was held at Mayberry Highway, part of the ISU campus in Sveti Nikole.
In a wonderful atmosphere, we reminisced with the students about our shared growth, teamwork, and the support from their families. As a university, we are proud of our students and their achievements. They are part of the large family of the International Slavic University, and without them, we would not be one of the most successful private higher education institutions in the country.
The founder of the International Slavic University, Prof. Jordan Gjorgjev, PhD, also addressed the attendees with a welcome speech, and the event was moderated by actor and our student, Marjan Gjorgjievski. The ceremony continued with the awarding of diplomas, and at the end, the graduates and their loved ones enjoyed the traditional cap toss and group photos. The International Slavic University has been in existence for 20 years, has two campuses, and is a second home to more than 2,000 students.
“The journey doesn’t end here. It’s just the beginning of a new chapter filled with unknowns, new adventures, and limitless possibilities. Use the knowledge you’ve gained to make a positive impact in our communities and beyond,” emphasized the moderator, greeting the graduates and wishing them success in the future.
