“On October 12, 2023, the International Slavic University in Skopje hosted the Autumn Academy for doctoral students organized by the University of Veliko Turnovo ‘St. Cyril and Methodius’ from Bulgaria.

The mentor for the doctoral students was Prof. Dr. Jordan Gjorchev – Chairman of the Board at the International Slavic University.

The program is dedicated to professional ethics in the research activities of doctoral students. The Autumn Academy involves 17 students enrolled in doctoral studies at the University of Veliko Turnovo ‘St. Cyril and Methodius’. In addition to lectures, students also conduct independent research activities and consultations with professors.

The lecturers at the academy include Prof. Dr. Daniela Tasevska, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vladimir Vladov, and Prof. Dr. Marijana Nikolova from the University of Veliko Turnovo ‘St. Cyril and Methodius’, as well as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Milena Spasovska from the International Slavic University.

The Autumn Academy is funded under the Erasmus+ program as a short-term mobility for doctoral students lasting one week.”
