Based on the cooperation agreement between the International Slavic University “Gavrilo Romanovich Derzhavin” and the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Veliko Trnovo (VTU) from 27.01.2016 based on Annex 1, Annex 2 and Annex 3 and Article 25 of the Law on Higher Education in the Republic of North Macedonia (Official Gazette 82/2018) by the decision of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia for approval to carry out higher education activities at a foreign higher education institution with number 40-5555/1 from 18.05.2021 and confirmation 14-6838/2 from 14.06.2022 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia for enrollment in the register of higher education institutions under serial number 54, Regulation of the academic council no. 12 of 17.10.2022, announces the following:

The students that will be enrolled at the study programme of 3 semesters,  and they will be required to pay 50% of the full tuition fee for the third semester.

ENROLLEMENT REQUIREMENTS

The limit for enrolled students is 20 students per faculty.

In order to enroll, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with 240 ECTS. The study programmes will be held in English language and the candidates should possess a certificate of English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

If the candidates applying at the Faculty of Modern Languages do not possess a certificate of English language proficiency of minimum B2 level, they can take an entrance exam in English Language.

Every student that has a bachelor’s degree with 240 ECTS is eligible to apply for enrollment. The candidates’ documents will be sent for nostrification of their first cycle studies, the nostrification of the documents will be processed by St. Cyril and Methodius in Veliko Tarnovo in the National Center for Information and Documentation (NACID), Republic of Bulgaria.

The application period will begin on the 9^th November, 2022 and the deadline for applying will be until the 9^th December, 2022 the documents will be handed to NACID and by the 30^th December, 2022 the final list of enrolled students will be published.

The list of enrolled students will be published on the official website of the University department, as well as on the official website of the International Slavic University – Sveti Nikole, the Republic of North Macedonia.

When applying the candidates are required to pay 480 EUR on the basis of administrative fee for processing the documents. After publishing the official list of enrolled students, the students are required to pay the tuition fee given in the following table:

The study type of master’s degree programmes is full time (blended learning: both in-person and online classes). The duration of studies is 1 year (2 semesters) or 1.5 years (3 semesters), depending on the previous education of the candidates.

• Bachelor’s degree (diploma for finished first cycle studies) – required apostille;
• Transcript of records;
• Passport (should be valid more than 6 mounts before the expiration date (stated on the passport);
• Birth certificate;
• Citizenship certificate;
• 4 small colored
