As part of the practical instruction for the Penology course, third-year students from the Faculty of Law at the Bitola campus of International Slavic University participated in a study visit to the Prilep Correctional Facility under the mentorship of Erika Peshkoska Petreski, MA.

This field-based activity further demonstrates International Slavic University’s strategic commitment to providing an education that extends beyond the traditional academic framework—an education that prepares future legal professionals for the real world.

The students had the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the enforcement of criminal sanctions, as well as the internal organization and operations of one of the country’s key correctional institutions.
