On April 23rd, Saturday, at the International Slavic University “G. R. Derzhavin “in Sveti Nikole (in the restaurant hall of Moscow Restaurant) at 13:00 a small Handcrafts FAIR entitled” The Woman – the Root of the Tradition ” was held.This was a kind of exhibition of handicrafts by women of Macedonian and Russian nationality, in which with their skill they create unique samples of folk embroidery, jewelry boxes, filigree, pictures, beads, felt and special techniques that have not been presented yet .
The manuscripts are affirmators, presenters and ambassadors of their cultural and national treasures. The event was enriched with a cultural and artistic program with a Russian repertoire. Darko Todorovski performed – opera singer, duet – Chayka, mandolin orchestra “Saint Nicholas” and Blagojka Filipcheva (poetess).
