23 May 2022On 20th May, 2022 (Friday) Prof. Jordan Gjorchev, PhD, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ISU took part in the opening ceremony of the conference “Management of the Human Resources – from Crises Actions to Visions for Sustainable Development” organized by the Higher School of Security and Economics, Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
The conference was held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and there was an opportunity for online participation.
The conference was attended by professors, students and PhD candidates from many countries.
Prof. Gabriela Krstevska, PhD, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Organization of Entrepreneurship, Prof. Jordan Gjorcev, PhD, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ISU, and Prof. Ljupco Vckov PhD, the Director of the Institute of Engineering Economics within ISU, participated with the paper entitled “Virtual Leadership – Distance Management”. Also, Prof. Ivan Efremovski, PhD, the Dean of the Faculty of Law within ISU and Prof. Valentin Vasilev, PhD from the Higher School of Security and Economics in Plovdiv, Bulgaria took part with the paper “The Challenges for the Human Resource Management and Development – New Expectations, Key Changes and Good Practices”.
