Michaela Gjorcheva,  a member if th Management Board of the International Slavic University, and Sofija Radoncic from the E-Learning Service at ISU participated in FIRESTARTER 2023, the first international conference on customer and employee experience held at the DoubleTree By Hilton – Skopje.

The event was organized by the Macedonian Association for Customer and Employee Experience, focusing on discovering strategies, tools, methods, and initiatives to develop individuals to their maximum potential. The conference, held on June 1, 2023, featured professionals from various companies and organizations such as Triglav Osiguruvanje, Vita Institut, the University of Ljubljana, Zegin, KB Prvo penzisko drustvo, NLB banka, Maliqi Group, Kola, Sava Penzisko Drustvo, Sport Life, Atlantic Group, Sparkasse Bank, and from several countries including Austria, Slovenia, North Macedonia, and Serbia.

We are delighted to have had the opportunity to share these important moments with distinguished individuals such as Prof. Metka Tekavcic, Phd,  Dean of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana, Andreja Kodrin, Phd, – Director of Quintaum, Branko Greganovic, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NLB Bank – Skopje, and Ms. Melita Sekulovska from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana.

Through their participation in FIRESTARTER 2023, our employees had the opportunity to connect with renowned CX (Customer Experience) and EX (Employee Experience) practitioners and leaders from multiple countries. They learned about successful stories from organizations that have effectively implemented customer and employee-focused approaches.
