On December 13, 2013, Friday, the delegation from our university, comprised of the rector of the ISU”G. R. Derzhavin “, prof. Dr. Dusan Nikolovski and General Manager Borce Serafimovski, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Directorate for Protection and Rescue of the Republic of Macedonia, represented by the Director of the Directorate, Mr. Shaban Saliu.
