20 November 2025Mihaela Gjorcheva, Vice President of the Management Board of International Slavic University and founder of Kinoverzum, participated as a speaker in the plenary session titled “Gender-Responsive Innovation: Building an Inclusive Future,” held as part of the 30th Partnership Summit organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry, which took place in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
During the session, Gjorcheva was part of a distinguished panel that also featured Ms. Gummadi Sandhya Rani, Minister for Women and Child Welfare of the Government of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, along with panelists from India and Canada with expertise in women’s entrepreneurship.











Drawing on her professional experience as an entrepreneur and an active member of the academic community, Mihaela Gjorcheva shared concrete insights into the role of women in management, industry, and entrepreneurship. Together with the other panelists, and through comparative examples from North Macedonia and India, a meaningful discussion was opened on global challenges and opportunities in building more inclusive economies and societies.
The session focused on the role of education, artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and cross-sector collaboration as key tools for advancing gender equality and enabling greater participation of women in innovation and policymaking processes.
The session was moderated by Murali Krishna Ganamani, Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Chapter of the Confederation of Indian Industry.
