At the 2023 Forbes Power Women’s Summit,  Mihaela Gjorcheva, a member of the Board of Directors of the International Slavic University and founder of the unique Macedonian cinema chain, Kinoverzum, had the unique opportunity to attend an exclusive pre-premiere screening of the movie Fair Play in New York. This special event was organized by Netflix and Forbes on September 14th and took place at The Paris Theater in Manhattan, New York. The film will premiere on Netflix on October 6th.

After the screening, attendees participated in a panel discussion which included the film’s director, Chloe Domont. The discussion focused on the creative process, the themes and messages of the film, and its significance and impact.

The presence at this exclusive event reflects Kinoverzum’s commitment to its development and its efforts to be at the forefront of the film industry’s development. Kinoverzum began its work in 2019 as the only university cinema in the country, located on the ISU campus in St. Nicholas.
