The Agency of Youth and Sport has launched a public call for participation in entrepreneurship and business skills training. We invite our students and all young people aged18 to 25, citizens of the Republic of Macedonia to participate in the training.

The training is comprised of two modules, andeach module is an educational unit:
The first module covers entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial process and entrepreneur. Through this module, the participant will be introduced to entrepreneurship and will understand the entrepreneurial process. This module will also cover the characteristics of a successful business, encourage creativity and enable participants to develop an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to recognize business opportunities, the ability to cope with challenges of the business itself, as well the challenges arising from it. They will be able to define their own business idea for products and services in the context of setting up their own business, the ability to prepare a business plan and the ability to identify and determine the necessary assets for the business.
The second module of the program is about the business skills needed for setting up and running your own business. Through this training, the participants will learn the skills needed to successfully run day-to-day business operations in order to identify which skills they need to develop and improve in order to run their business successfully. This module will cover crucial business skills such as:
According to the program, participants will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to define a profitable business idea, develop a business plan, prepare a SWOT analysis of the environment and also, they will learn the necessary business skills for running a business.
The duration of the program is 48 hours, with a lesson duration of 60 minutes. The training will be conducted in 3 (three) consecutive weeks, i.e. 6 days in total, 8 lessons per day (6×8=48h), in October. The participants will be informed about the exact start of the training, upon their choice.
Upon completion of the training, the participants will receive a Certificate of Entrepreneurship and Business Skills.
The training will be conducted in Macedonian.
Young people aged 19 to 25, citizens of the Republic of North Macedonia can apply for the training.
