Because of the 69th anniversary of the establishment of the Writers ‘Association of Macedonia, the International Slavic University “Gavrilo Romanovich Derzhavin” Sveti Nikole – Bitola donated 500 euros.
In addition, because of the jubilee seven decades since the founding of the Writer’s Association, the International Slavic University has established an annual “Derzhavin” award for a poetic book by an author, a member of the Macedonian Writer’s Association.
The money for the award in the amount of 500 euros will be provided by ISU as a permanent donation, and the Writer’s Association will participate in the professional part with a commission consisting of three members that will make the decision for this award.
The Derzhavin Prize will be presented for the first time in the second half of September this year at the International Slavic University “Gavrilo Romanovich Derzhavin” in Sveti Nikole.
