28 November 2025Mihaela Gjorcheva, Vice President of the Management Board of the International Slavic University participated as a speaker in the session “Advancing Together and Responsibly through Innovation, Technology, and Artificial Intelligence,” held as part of a high-level business forum in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
The event, titled “India–Europe: Business Partnership Roundtable,” was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in cooperation with the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The invitation to participate was officially extended by Dr. Alpa Anthani, Director in the International Division of the Confederation of Indian Industry.









In her address, Mihaela Gjorcheva emphasized the importance of education in the process of responsible governance and technological development. She highlighted the mission of the International Slavic University to educate generations prepared to face the technological and ethical challenges brought by emerging technologies.
The session brought together representatives and experts from several European countries, including Germany, Austria, France, and the United Kingdom. The program was formally opened by senior officials of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, including Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. In their remarks, participants underscored the importance of India–Europe cooperation as a foundation for new partnerships, innovation, and sustainable economic development.
Andhra Pradesh is an Indian state known for its dynamic economic growth, strong support for startups and technology parks, and its strategic orientation toward sustainable industries. Owing to these characteristics, it represents a key location for global discussions on the future of innovation and technological development.
On November 15, Mihaela Gjorcheva will also deliver a speech at another significant international event in Visakhapatnam, officially opened by the Vice President of India. The event will continue with discussions on partnerships between Europe, India, and the world, focusing on business, education, digital transformation, and sustainability.
