Today in Sveti Nikole, under the auspices of the International Slavic University, the fifth World Easter Contest was held in tapping with ostrich eggs. Although many Easter eggs were displayed on the Easter stand, such as cookies, geese and quail eggs, competitors broke only with ostriches.

The contest was attended by the children from the kindergarten “Rachelka Goneva”, and the winner was the six-year-old Sara Andreeva, who said she was overjoyed that with her one kilogram heavy  egg managed to beat the other participants.

The event was also attended by foreign diplomats, including representatives from the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Macedonia.

We, as organizers, were especially honored to host such a funny event. For the next year, we plan to enrich the program with additional accompanying content, which will contribute to the popularization of the event.
