Call for Admissions

Based on Article 149, Article 134 paragraph 2, and Article 135 of the Law on Higher Education of the Republic of North Macedonia (Official Gazette 82/2018) and Article 165 of the Statute of the International Slavic University in Sveti Nikole, Republic of North Macedonia, the Rectorate on March 25, 2024, made a decision to announce a call for admissions of students for the 2024/2025 academic year and publishes the following:

Call for Enrolling Students in the First Cycle of Studies
for the 2024/2025 Academic Year

Number
of students

For studies conducted in Macedonian:

At the Faculty of Economics and Organization of Entrepreneurship for the first cycle of studies lasting four years, or eight semesters, in the academic year 2024/2025, students will enroll in the study programs:

  • Management and entrepreneurship – 100 full-time and 100 part-time students,
  • Finance and banking – 50 full-time and 50 part-time students.

At the Faculty of Psychology for the first cycle of studies lasting four years, or eight semesters, in the academic year 2024/2025, students will enroll in the study program:

  • General psychology – 70 full-time and 70 part-time students.

At the Faculty of Technical Sciences and Computer Science for the first cycle of studies lasting three years, or six semesters, in the academic year 2024/2025, students will enroll in the study programs:

  • Computer systems and networks – 20 full-time and 20 part-time students,
  • Software technologies – 20 full-time and 20 part-time students.
  • Safety at work – 30 full-time and 25 part-time students.
  • Waste Management – 25 full-time and 24 part-time students.

At the Faculty of Law for the first cycle of studies lasting four years, or eight semesters, in the academic year 2024/2025, students will enroll in the study program:

  • Legal Studies – 80 full-time and 80 part-time students.

For studies conducted in English:


At the Faculty of Economics and Organization of Entrepreneurship for the first cycle of studies lasting four years or eight semesters in the academic year 2024/2025, students will enroll in the study program:

  • Management and entrepreneurship – 10 full-time and 10 part-time students,
  • Finance and banking – 10 full-time and 10 part-time students.

At the Faculty of Psychology for the first cycle of studies lasting four years or eight semesters in the academic year 2024/2025, students will enroll in the study program:

  • General Psychology – 10 full-time and 10 part-time students.

At the Faculty of Technical Sciences and Computer Science for the first cycle of studies lasting three years or six semesters in the academic year 2024/2025, students will enroll in the direction:

  • Computer systems and networks – 10 full-time and 10 part-time students,
  • Software technologies – 10 full-time and 10 part-time students,
  • Safety at work – 10 full-time and 10 part-time students,
  • Waste Management – 10 full-time and 10 part-time students.

At the Faculty of Law for the first cycle of studies lasting three years or six semesters in the academic year 2024/2025, students will enroll in the study program:

  • Legal Studies – 10 full-time and 10 part-time students.

Conditions and criteria
for admission

Candidates eligible for enrollment in the first cycle of studies are those who have completed four-year secondary education in the country or abroad with a passed state or international matura.

Candidates who obtained a diploma for completed secondary education lasting four years in the 2019/2020 school year without a passed state or international matura are also eligible for enrollment in the first cycle of studies.

Students from other accredited faculties, graduates, and foreign citizens (regulated by law) are also eligible for enrollment.

Candidates enroll as full-time or part-time students with self-financing of studies. Upon payment of the total tuition fee at the time of enrollment for the academic year, students receive a 10% discount.

Candidates enroll without taking an entrance exam.

Tuition fees are determined for the following faculties:

  • Faculty of Economics and Organization of Entrepreneurship for the first cycle of undergraduate studies in the direction of Finance and Banking in the amount of 500 euros in denar equivalent per year.
  • Faculty of Economics and Organization of Entrepreneurship for the first cycle of undergraduate studies in the direction of Management and Entrepreneurship in the amount of 500 euros in denar equivalent per year.
  • Faculty of Technical Sciences and Computer Science for the first cycle of undergraduate studies in the direction of Safety at Work in the amount of 500 euros in denar equivalent per year
  • Faculty of Technical Sciences and Computer Science for the first cycle of undergraduate studies in the direction of Waste Management in the amount of 500 euros in denar equivalent per year
  • Faculty of Technical Sciences and Computer Science for the first cycle of undergraduate studies in the direction of Computer Systems and Networks in the amount of 500 euros in denar equivalent per year
  • Faculty of Technical Sciences and Computer Science for the first cycle of undergraduate studies in the direction of Software Technologies in the amount of 500 euros in denar equivalent per year
  • Faculty of Psychology for the first cycle of undergraduate studies in the direction of General Psychology in the amount of 500 euros in denar equivalent per year
  • Faculty of Law for the first cycle of undergraduate studies in the direction of Legal Studies in the amount of 500 euros in denar equivalent per year

The tuition fee for enrolling foreign students with a passed international matura is a different from the amount provided for domestic students.


Deadlines
for admission

The first admission period runs from March 27, 2024, to August 25, 2024. During the first admission period, candidates with a passed state or international matura, students from other faculties, and graduates are eligible for enrollment. The list of enrolled students will be published on August 31, 2024.

The second admission period runs from September 1, 2024, to September 25, 2024. During the second admission period, candidates with a passed state or international matura, students from other faculties, and graduates are eligible for enrollment. The list of enrolled students will be published on September 30, 2024.

Documents
for admission

When applying for admission to the bachelor’s program from outside the Republic of North Macedonia, students are required to prepare the following documents:

  • Diploma/Certificate for completing secondary education (certified with an Apostille Stamp or a stamp from the respective Ministry of Foreign Affairs for countries not members of the Hague Convention);
  • Certificates for each completed year of secondary education;
  • Decision from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of North Macedonia for the recognition of the diploma for completed secondary education (our university offers assistance in obtaining this document);
  • Birth Certificate;
  • Certificate of Citizenship;
  • 4 passport-size color photographs.

The application documents should be submitted to the International Slavic University:

  • in Sveti Nikole, located at Marshal Tito No. 77 – 2220 Sveti Nikole, Republic of North Macedonia or
  • in Bitola, located at Novachki Pat No. 16 – 7000 Bitola, Republic of North Macedonia.
