Representatives of the International Slavic University held their first online meeting with representatives of the University of Craiova, Romania – Universitatea din Craiova.

Representing the International Slavic University at the meeting were Prof. Jordan Gjorchev, PhD, President of the Management Board of the International Slavic University, and Viktorija Velkova, representative of the Office of International Relations.

Representing the University of Craiova were Assoc. Prof. Ion-Sorin Cazacu, PhD, Head of the Department of International Relations and Erasmus+, and Suzana Cercel, Project Assistant.

During the meeting, the participants discussed establishing cooperation between the two higher education institutions, as well as concluding an Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement between the respective faculties.

The agreement is expected to be signed by the end of August.

In addition, the possibility of concluding a bilateral cooperation agreement was also discussed, which is expected to be signed before the beginning of the new academic year.

The signing of the agreements will create opportunities for student exchanges within the Erasmus+ programme, as well as for the development of future joint academic, scientific, and international activities between the International Slavic University and the University of Craiova.
