International Slavic University continues to actively create new opportunities for its students through international academic programs and partnerships. As part of European mobility and academic cooperation initiatives, MSU students have the opportunity to participate in a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) titled “Developing Projects under European Programmes,” organized by St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.

Participating students will receive financial support in accordance with Erasmus+ program rules. The funds may be used to cover expenses related to their stay during the program.

• Physical mobility: April 20–24, 2026
• Virtual mobility (online lectures): May 9, May 16, May 23, June 6, and June 13, 2026
• Location: St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria

How Many Participants Are Needed?

A total of 10 students are required.

What Is the Application Deadline?

Applications must be submitted by March 18, 2026. After submitting your application, you will be contacted by our staff with further details.

Eligibility Criteria

• Be enrolled as a full-time student at International Slavic University
• Hold a valid passport
• Have a good command of English
