6 July 2026The Student Association of International Slavic University (SA ISU) announces a call for participants in the youth exchange “DigitA(I)GE – Beyond the Screen: Critical Thinking in the Digital Age,” which will take place in Romania as part of the Erasmus+ program.
The project will bring together young people from Romania, Italy, Hungary, Türkiye, and North Macedonia to improve their knowledge and skills in digital safety, media literacy, critical thinking, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
About the Project
“DigitA(I)GE” aims to encourage young people to become safer and more responsible digital citizens by:
- recognizing misinformation and developing fact-checking habits;
- strengthening digital safety and responsible online behavior;
- raising awareness of manipulated and AI-generated content;
- encouraging youth participation, inclusion, and intercultural cooperation;
- sharing the knowledge gained with their local communities after the exchange.
Who Can Participate?
We are looking for 6 young participants from North Macedonia and 1 group leader to represent our country in this international youth exchange.
The project is intended for young people between the ages of 16 and 25, with a particular focus on those with fewer opportunities, including:
- young people from rural areas;
- young people from socially and economically vulnerable backgrounds;
- members of minority communities;
- young people with limited access to educational opportunities.
Participants are expected to take an active role in all activities, work in international teams, and be prepared to share their experiences after the project.
When and Where?
- Project dates: July 20–29, 2026, including travel days
- Location: Colț de Rai Guesthouse, Dognecea, Caraș-Severin County, Romania
What Is Provided?
The project is fully funded through the Erasmus+ program. Selected participants will receive:
- accommodation;
- three meals per day and refreshments during the activities;
- workshops and educational activities;
- a Youthpass certificate;
- reimbursement of travel expenses in accordance with the project rules.
