Pursuant to Article 108 and Article 110 of the Law on Higher Education of the Republic of Macedonia (Official journal 35/2008) and the Statute of the International Slavic University “G. R. Derzhavin” Sveti Nikole – Bitola, Republic of Macedonia, the Rector’s Board on 17.03.2017 adopted a decision for enrollment in the school year 2017/2018 and announces the following.

for enrolling students in the first cycle of studies in the academic year 2018/2019

1. Number of students

For studies with lessons in Macedonian language:

At the Faculty of Economics and organization of Entrepreneurship, on the first cycle of studies for a period of four years, eight semesters, in the academic year 2017/2018, will enroll 300 full-time and 300 part-time students.

At the Faculty of Psychology, on the first cycle of studies for a period of four years, which is eight semesters, in the school year 2017/2018, 70 full-time and 70 part-time students will enroll.

At the Faculty of Informatics on the first cycle of studies for a period of three years, or six semesters, in the school year 2017/2018, will enroll 80 full-time and 40 part-time students.

At the Faculty of Safety Engineering of the first cycle of studies for a period of three years, or six semesters, in the school year 2017/2018, 80 full-time and 40 part-time students will enroll.

At the Faculty of Law at the first cycle of studies for a period of four years, that is, eight semesters, in the school year 2017/2018, 100 full-time and 100 part-time students will enroll.

For studies with lessons in English language:

At the Faculty of Economics and Organization of Entrepreneurship in the first cycle of studies for a duration of four years or eight semesters in the academic year 2017/2018, 100 full-time and 100 part-time students will enroll.

At the Faculty of Informatics on the first cycle of studies in duration of three years or six semesters in the academic year 2017/2018, 50 full-time and 50 part-time students will enroll.

At the Faculty of Psychology on the first cycle of studies for a period of four years or eight semesters in the academic year 2017/2018, 50 full-time and 50 part-time students will enroll.

At the Faculty of Law in the first cycle of studies for a period of three years or six semesters in the academic year 2017/2018, 100 full-time and 100 part-time students will enroll.

At the Faculty of Safety Engineering on the first cycle of studies for a period of three years and six semesters in the academic year 2017/2018, 50 full-time and 50 part-time students will enroll.

2. Terms and criteria for enrollment

The right to enroll in the first cycle of studies have candidates with completed four-year secondary education in the country or abroad with passed state, school or international graduation final exam.

Students from other accredited faculties, graduates and foreign citizens (regulated by the law) have the right to enroll.

Candidates are enrolled as full-time or part-time students with self-financing of studies in the amount of 1000 Euros (for one school year) in Denar equivalent, or 1200 Euros (for one academic year) for the Faculty of Safety Engineering, calculated at the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia exchange rate on the day of payment. When paying the co-payment in cash, students receive a 10% discount.

Candidates are enrolled without passing the entrance examination.

3. Deadlines for registration and enrollment

The first enrollment period runs from 20.03.2017 until 21.08.2017. In the first enrollment period candidates with a passed state or international graduation final examination, students from other faculties and graduates have the right to enroll. The list of enrolled students will be published on 31.08.2017.

The second enrollment period runs from 01.09.2017 until 21.08.2017. If all the prescribed places are not filled in the first enrollment period, the candidates with the passed school final examination, students from other faculties and graduates can enroll in the second enrollment period. The list of enrolled students will be published on 15.09.2017.

4. Required documents for enrollment

When applying for enrollment in the first cycle of studies in the academic year 2017/2018, the candidates submit the following documents:

Diploma for completed secondary education, that is, proof of passed state, school or international final examination;
Certificates from all 4 school years;
A copy of the birth certificate;
A copy of citizenship;
4 small color photos;

The application documents are submitted at the premises of the International Slavic University “G. R. Derzhavin “Sveti Nikole – Bitola, Republic of Macedonia in Sveti Nikole on st. “Marshal Tito” no. 77 and in Bitola on st. “Novacki pat” no. 16.
