6 November 2025International Slavic University attended a formal reception organized by the Austrian Embassy in Skopje to celebrate Austria’s National Day. The event was held at the National Opera and Ballet and brought together distinguished representatives from the fields of culture, education, and diplomacy. International Slavic University was represented by Mihaela Gjorcheva, Ivan Spasev, and Prof. Dr. Marija Grozdanovska.
We extend our sincere appreciation to H.E. Martin Pammer, Ambassador of Austria to the Republic of North Macedonia, and his wife, Aida Pammer, for their warm welcome. Austria remains a valued and proven friend of our country.

The rich program featured Viennese and Austrian music performed by the Berndorf City Choir and the Orchestra of the National Opera and Ballet, a concert by the Macedonian Military Orchestra, and an exhibition of artwork by Regina Hadraba and Macedonian students. Guests also had the opportunity to sample a carefully selected range of wines.
Representatives of International Slavic University also visited the exhibition booth of Fudtopia Winery, which presented authentic wine from the Ovche Pole region—a symbol of our agricultural heritage, tradition, and cultural identity.

The event also provided an opportunity for a brief and cordial meeting with H.E. Satibaldy Burshakov, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Republic of North Macedonia. International Slavic University remains an active partner in promoting values that connect education, culture, and the future of younger generations.
