28 April 2026International Slavic University continues to strengthen its position as a modern academic institution actively involved in European educational and innovation processes by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation under the major European project SEBCoVE – Smart Electricity for Buildings / Centres of Vocational Excellence.
This step represents important recognition of the University’s capacity, vision, and strategic commitment to developing knowledge and contemporary skills and participating actively in international partnerships that are shaping the future of higher education.
The Memorandum creates new opportunities to develop Knowledge Triangles (KTs), a model connecting education, research, innovation, and the practical application of knowledge. Particular emphasis will be placed on smart electricity for buildings, the green transition, and the new competencies required in the modern labor market.

As part of the SEBCoVE project, partnerships have also been established with other leading higher education institutions in the country, including UKLO, UGD, and UKIM. This further positions International Slavic University as an important part of the national and European academic network.
Through this partnership, ISU students and academic staff will gain access to new opportunities for mobility, study visits, exchanges of experience, participation in international activities, and cooperation with European partner organizations and universities.
SEBCoVE creates a bridge between universities, the vocational education sector, companies, and innovation ecosystems. International Slavic University’s involvement in this initiative further demonstrates its commitment to European values, modern education, and educating generations prepared for the future.
