International Slavic University and FNSSMON Sign a Cooperation Agreement
5 May 2026According to the latest report prepared by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture, International Slavic University is among the country’s most successful universities in implementing the European Student Card Initiative.
ISU achieved 100% digitalization of Erasmus+ Learning Agreements for outgoing mobility in both 2024 and 2025, as well as 98% digitalization for incoming mobility in 2025. Based on the University’s work to date, the same trend is continuing in 2026.
These results are significantly above the national average of approximately 67%, clearly confirming the University’s position as a leader in implementing the Erasmus Without Paper system.
Although the country has made considerable progress in digitalization, the difference of more than 30 percentage points demonstrates that International Slavic University has already reached the level toward which other institutions are working.
Since joining the Erasmus+ program in 2019, the University has continuously worked to:
- enhance student and staff mobility;
- digitalize administrative processes;
- align its practices with European standards.
This approach provides more efficient procedures, greater transparency, and an improved experience for students and staff.
With these results, International Slavic University serves as an example of successful digital transformation in higher education and actively contributes to the development of a unified European Education Area.
