General Director of International Slavic University “G. R. Derzhavin “, M-r Borche Serafimovski was part of the jubilee 10th Assembly of the Foundation “Русский мир” , which was established by a decree of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin in 2007.

From November 3rd to 4th, In Moscow 800 delegates from several  countries gathered to discuss the current problems of the Russian world.

At the opening ceremony of the Assembly in Moscow were included prominent political and public figures, heads of ministries and departments, representatives of associations of compatriots, university professors and teachers from Russian schools, authors of textbooks, scientists, writers, diplomats, clerics, cultural scientists and journalists .
