28 November 2025Bitola hosted the first event in our “Days of Psychology” series, titled “Balancing Work, Education, and Personal Life.” The event was held at the Officers’ Hall in Bitola on November 25 and was coordinated by Prof. Dr. Marina Kuzmanovska.
Elena Kostadinovikj moderated the event, introducing the audience to the topic and laying the foundation for an engaging and inspiring dialogue. Each speaker offered a unique perspective on maintaining psychological balance in a fast-paced world.

















Natasha Bekirova discussed the importance of family relationships and emotional regulation as key elements of a healthy balance. Renata Dimanovska focused on mindfulness and being present as essential tools for managing stress.
Gordana Kiracovska explored the impact of technology on mental health and offered practical advice on digital detoxification. Altina Jusufi shared experiences from the business sector, emphasizing the importance of a supportive organizational culture.
Nikola Mitrevski offered an inspiring perspective from the world of sports, highlighting focus, discipline, and clear priorities as the foundation of mental balance.
