With a grand opening in Drachevo, Kinoversum expanded its presence with a fifth movie theater and a second location in the Municipality of Kisela Voda. The event opened with remarks by Beti Stamenkovska Trajkovska, Mayor of the Municipality of Kisela Voda, in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Ljupcho Dimovski and Orce Gjorgjievski, Mayor of the City of Skopje.

The new theater opened with a screening of The Tale of Silyan (2025), the first Macedonian film produced by National Geographic. The attendance and remarks of director Tamara Kotevska and producer Jordancho Petkovski further highlighted the cultural and artistic significance of the event.

Kinoversum was founded by Mihaela Gjorcheva and began operating in 2019 as a project of International Slavic University, with a clear vision: to create a space where education, art, and the community come together. Today, with five active movie theaters, the project demonstrates how an academic institution can directly contribute to cultural and social life.
