China: Mihaela Gjorcheva from ISU presented her research at Xiamen University
16 December 2025As part of the Youth Leadership Certification Program organized by the Global Business Symposium (USA), the International Slavic University took an active role in an event held at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia, from November 24 to 28, 2025.
The University was represented by Mihaela Gjorcheva, Vice President of the Management Board of ISU and founder of Kinoverzum. Upon successfully completing the intensive program, Gjorcheva received a certificate personally awarded to her by Retired Major General Tim Ford, former Senior Adviser to the United Nations on peacekeeping operations.












The program brought together young leaders, representatives of academic institutions, and experts from all continents. The event featured speakers from Australia and the United Kingdom – leading economists, educators, and practitioners in the fields of management and leadership. The sessions focused on the most pressing global challenges and solutions, ranging from decision-making under pressure and building resilience to managing personal values and developing a leadership identity.
Special attention was given to the application of generative artificial intelligence in contemporary entrepreneurship, the ethical dimensions of leadership in the digital era, as well as the topics of authenticity and conscious leadership grounded in a clear sense of purpose and intrinsic motivation.
