24 September 2024The President of the Management Board at the International Slavic University (ISU), Prof. Jordan Gjorchev, PhD, and the Minister for Integration and Implementation of the Roma Inclusion Strategy 2022-2030, Shaban Saliu, PhD signed a cooperation agreement aimed at continuing the education of members of the Roma community in the Republic of North Macedonia.
Today’s meeting focused on deepening the existing collaboration, with the university providing scholarships to support the integration and inclusion of the Roma community.
For several years, the International Slavic University has been awarding scholarships to Roma community members, striving to make quality education one of the key pillars in their empowerment and inclusion efforts.
